Rates
All rates are based upon two adults sharing a double or twin room for one night or for one person in a single room.
All prices are fully inclusive of full English breakfast and VAT at the rate prevailing.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Any other incidentals during your stay can be charged to your room and paid for on departure.
Please note that rates can change according to supply and demand. Once a reservation has been made the agreed rate is not transferable to other offers or rates.
The deposit of £60 is non-refundable in any event.

- Full payment required at the time of purchase / booking and once confirmed becomes non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or for credit or other services.
- Guests who already have a reservation for November or December are obviously not eligible for this promotion having already had the benefit of making their reservation well in advance, choosing their room or room type, car parking etc. The offers reflect and acknowledges that these are late bookings.
