Complimentary all-inclusive Wedding Package

This special package is complimentary when a Formal Wedding Breakfast for
50- 100 guests is booked at the hotel. All elements of the all - inclusive Wedding
Package are subject to availability.

• Sparkling Wine on Arrival for the Bride and Groom (after the Wedding Ceremony for Civil Weddings)

Civil Marriage Ceremonies

The hotel licence currently extends to the Dining Room, the Terrace and the Lounge, we regret that the law does not allow ceremonies in marquees or outdoors, as yet!

A public address system and CD music system is available for use in each of the rooms licensed for marriages. Please discuss your requirements with the hotel.

Having confirmed the date and time of your marriage here at The White Lodge Hotel, you must contact the Registrar for the Scarborough district. Telephone: - 01723 360309. You will then need to confirm with the Registrar that he/she can attend and conduct the ceremony. This can be done up to 12 months in advance.

Where the hotel is not hosting a formal wedding breakfast for more than 50 people. Room hire for the performance of Civil Marriages will be charged and the complimentary Wedding Package as detailed will not apply.

Formal Wedding Breakfast

The White Lodge Hotel has a brigade of highly qualified and experienced chefs who will be delighted to prepare a meal to remember for your Special Day.

We should be happy to work with you to create your individual menu selection. For ease and information, however, we attach five popular sample menus for formal
Wedding Breakfasts. Please ask your wedding advisor for more sample menu selections.

Informal Catering

Whatever your choice for your special day, the Chef’s or The White Lodge Hotel will be pleased to create a meal to remember - either a formal Wedding Breakfast , Evening Buffets or a selection of light informal Canapé served to your guests by waitresses - or why not combine different forms of catering for a really special day to remember!

Evening Entertainment

Complete your Special Day with an evening of fun and frivolity with your family and friends - a dance, a disco or simply an informal meal. The White Lodge can help you to arrange the party which best suits you.

The hotel bar normally closes at 11.00pm If you want to make the day last just a little longer we can normally arrange for bar license extensions. Please advise reception of any licensing requests well in advance of the event. We reserve the right to charge all customers room hire after 6pm.
