At The White Lodge Hotel we
aim to make your business arrangements as smooth and as easy
as possible to ensure that your guests or meeting delegates
can maximise the use of their time for business purposes without
worrying about meeting administration or facility management.
We can cater for a range of your business needs from:
- overnight accommodation for the business
traveller with friendly, caring staff and traditional “home
comforts”
- meeting and business facilities from intimate
meeting and training sessions to full scale conference facilities
for up to 100 people
- refreshments all day, 365 days a year for
guests and non residents alike in comfortable surroundings
- banquets or informal catering for up to
100 people
Overnight Accommodation
The Hotel has 19 quality en-suite bedrooms many with stunning
sea views. The hotel has a passenger lift to all floors and
full room service is offered amongst a host of other features
for the convenience of guests.
Special discounted accommodation rates will be agreed for corporate
clients using The White Lodge Hotel on a regular basis and/or
for large parties of guests. These overnight corporate guests
will benefit from an annually negotiated overnight bed and breakfast
tariff, ( with no high season supplements), complimentary room
upgrades wherever possible on “check-in”, and will
not be charged any supplements for single occupancy of double
or twin rooms. All conference delegates receive special discounted
accommodation rates.
For corporate clients requiring more guest accommodation than
is available in The White Lodge Hotel the management have facilities
agreed with other local hotels whereby they will negotiate additional
room hire on behalf of the company and, for financial simplicity,
will invoice the additional accommodation together with the
charges incurred at The White Lodge Hotel.
Meeting Facilities
The White Lodge Hotel has 2 bespoke rooms for private dining
or for meetings, exhibitions or conference use.
The Dining Room
An ideal venue for private dining, or larger meetings or conferences.
The Dining Room is rectangular in shape with long picture windows
giving breathtaking views over Filey Bay. It is suitable for
a multitude of business uses - occupancy guidelines are given
below for information.

The Dining Room has been recently refurbished in shades of Burgandy
and Cream the quality of which will enhance any corporate event.
The Dining Room has a Public Address system installed and has
the benefit of connecting doors to The Terrace to accommodate
larger events or associated activities such as private evening
entertainment and conference catering.
The Terrace
With Stunning Views over Filey Bay and The Crescent Gardens
The Terrace is an ideal location for meetings, exhibitions,
training and private dining. Occupancy guidelines are given
below for information.

The Terrace has the benefit of a Public Address system and
is decorated in the same style as the Dining Room. Connecting
Doors mean that the Terrace can be used to provide additional
space for dining facilities or for activities related to those
being undertaken in the Dining Room. The Terrace is ideally
suited to evening entertainment with the benefit of a sprung
dance floor and manually adjustable lighting levels.
Other smaller syndicate rooms can generally
be made available for the use of our corporate guests. Please
enquire about availability at the time of booking.
All rooms have the benefit of flip chart facilities. Video
players and monitors, overhead projectors and screens and
other presentational aids can be hired on request and at additional
charge.

Meeting Packages
The Hotel will be pleased to meet your individual requirements
to make sure that your meeting, training or exhibition is a
success.
For the convenience of corporate customers we generally offer
our facilities on either a room only basis - for which a room
hire charge is made or on the basis of an 8 hour or 24 hour
delegate package for meetings of 10 - 40 delegates ( more than
40 delegates by negotiation).
Room Hire
Meeting Rooms are Hired by the half day for the convenience
of customers.
These times are generally:
- 8.30am - 12.30 PM
- 1.30pm - 5.30 PM
- Evening Hire is also available.
Prices of room hire vary by room and season. Please ask
at reception for details.

Corporate Catering
Our brigade of highly qualified and experienced
chefs will be delighted to prepare a meal, or meals, to entertain
your guests in style, enhance your corporate function or to
create a Special Event that will be remembered by all.
Dining at the White Lodge can be arranged at
three levels to best suit the business need:
- Informal dining in the bar, Terrace Bistro
or the lounge
- Restaurant dining from either the table
d’hôte or a la carte menus
- Private dining
Our chefs take great pride in their food and
whichever the style of dining that you choose you can be sure
of top quality food, prepared using the finest fresh ingredients.
Vegetarian dishes are featured on all the Hotels menus as
an option. Other diets can be catered on request.
Informal Dining
Choose from an extensive menu featuring traditional
British and Continental favourites such as home-made Steak
and Kidney Pie, York Ham and Pineapple, Scampi, Deep Fried
Haddock, Lasagne, Curry and Grilled Plaice - all served with
a selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes or chips and
salad. There are daily “specials” featured to
enhance the menu and there is always one of our famous roasts
to tempt you! An extensive range of sandwiches and snacks
is also always available.
Eat in the bar, the lounge or the Terrace Bistro
with its stunning views of Filey Bay - the choice is yours.
Restaurant Dining
Choose from the daily table d’hôte
featuring the chefs daily selection of the best, seasonal,
freshly cooked ingredients combined into a tempting menu.
Locally sourced produce is always a priority and hence the
fish of the north sea and the tender beef, lamb and pork raised
on the Yorkshire Wolds are regularly featured. Plain or saucy,
delicately flavoured or spicy, chef tries to cater for all
tastes in this cost effective menu option.
All residents on a Dinner Bed and Breakfast
basis, including those on the 24 hour conference package,
have choice from the daily table d’hôte. As an
alternative they will be given a financial credit against
selection from the extensive a la carte menu.
